    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Lauren is one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Always gives tough, technique driven classes. Despite that today was a busy class, she had eagle eyes on form at all times and made me feel like it was a 1:1 session. And her friendliness and positive attitude lights up the room. I take fitness classes on a daily basis, and I can honestly say I’ve been blown away by her knack for teaching and making everyone feel able and strong.

    Nice studio. I rode through the choreography and arm weights for a great cycling workout. Pace is a bit fast at times (130rpm+) but don't go that fast. Lisa was super energetic and overall I enjoyed the class despite the arm weights and choreography. Will go again.

    So fun!! I work out a lot so I questioned whether this class would be sufficiently challenging, and it was! Great mix of cardio and strength training. The instructor was very enthusiastic, prepared, and knowledgeable. My only suggestions would be more ab work and possibly hands-on corrections during the barre sections (to make the positions more effective for those new to barre). I will definitely be back, and with friends!

    I hadn't tried Bar Method yet because of the reviews about them calling people out. I'm sad now that I let that deter me! In my opinion, the calling corrections to individuals by name is incredibly helpful to make sure you have the correct form to avoid injury and maximize your workout. Since I was new she called my name A TON, but that's okay because I didn't know the proper form. Every correction made me feel the exercise more intensely, which is great! I assume if I continue going to class I will learn the proper form, and my name will be called less. I highly advise going because I believe if you're going to spend the time and money doing something, you should do it right. But that's just me... Overall, great workout!!

    Incredible instructor and awesome class! It was the perfect level of challenging - Sebastian was encouraging when I wasnt pushing hard enough, instructional when I was off on my form, and forgiving when I was 100% gassed. On top of this, he spent the extra time to help me with my form at the end of class.

    Power 'n Flow - All Levels Yoga

    I've always liked this studio, but it was my first time going to a class with LeeMarie. It was incredible--deep stretching and just the right amount of heat. LeeMarie's energy was so gentle, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on doing what's best for your own body. I've practiced all over the city and this was one of the very best yoga classes I've ever taken! Five stars, hands down.

    REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!
