Very friendly staff, clean studio and easy to follow along sequences (esp after the briefing for 1st timers!). 15mins boxing then 15mins using weights, with minimal rest time. Pretty brutal but move at your own pace, trainer is encouraging but not scary. Restroom is pretty basic but I'll definitely return for more boxing classes!

Class pace was good and there were a good number of exercise variations as well to keep the session engaging. Appreciate that options were given for beginner and advanced riders for each exercise. Instructor also pointed out things to take note for each exercise e.g. not to lean forward too much, engage core etc. Loved the song choices too. It was also pretty cool trying out the Johnny G spin bikes which had a digital screen for us to see the bike resistance, speed, time etc. Studio space was really nice and clean. There's a water dispenser provided and also shower facilities.

There are towels provided and a water dispenser. Loved the loud dance music playing too as I’d forgotten my headphones and hate working out without music! Great skyline views, including the Singapore Flyer. Using the pool after was a gorgeous treat. It was vast, near-empty and so many sun beds available around it. Lots of huge parasols and one side (by bar and towel area) completely covered so ample shade. Didn’t see many staff and no one spoke to me but it was such a chilled couple of hours; can’t wait to return!

Did not appreciate T17/F17 to place the floor mat along the side door, it’s quite disruptive to get more water by exiting the red door (cutting the instructor). There’s plenty of space of place the mat along the walls and it still does not block the mirror, does not block form checks. Not cool lady. 👎🏻
