    (In-Studio) Mobility Flow (90Min)

    My first time to mobility flow, enjoyed Melanie's class! Felt so much better than usual doing pincha after all the shoulder mobility work, and very much invigorated by the end of class. The Purvis space is lovely but the layout is a little less ideal than Pagoda (like where ppl can put bag / wait for class).
