    tangerine flow

Tangerine HPY is an incredible studio - I dont have enough good things to say. The studio is cute and clean, very chic and the staff is kind and welcoming. They provide towels and mats which is nice, and the flow is hard and beautifully structured. Molly was a great instructor - cant wait to come back again!

Space was gorgeous as was all of the equipment. Check out the fantastic wall paper in the bathroom. Paige was on it! Knew everyone's names, did verbal and physical corrections. Class was hard! I really want to love barre. I'll be back to try.

Great studio: mats are included so when you check in, youre assigned an already placed mat. Post work-out cold eucalyptus towels is a brilliant perk. Good music. Lindsey is an effective instructor. Clear explanations, good flow.

Excellent instructor, very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and a great workout. I'm not so sure xtend barre is for me because of my awkward/ non coordinated/ non dance oriented body, and I kind of had a hard time getting past the music which was causing great flashbacks to my mom teaching jazzercise and dance in the 80's, but outside of those personal issues - lol - I have to say this is a great class. I might try it again a few times to see if it could grow on me!

Great class! Great instruction/energy from Brooke. Lovely front desk staff. Clean and nice facilities. The shower I took was cold, though my friend who was there with me said hers was fine. So hopefully it was a fluke!

    Intermediate Level Reformer

Angela was awesome! This was maybe my 10th reformer class and the first at this studio. We did some moves that were new to me; it was a fun and challenging routine. Beautiful view of an old BK Heights church. Wall of mirrors that helped me get a better feel for alignment. No music! A/C! 8 reformers. A+

April is a great instructor. I appreciate her adjustments and attention to all the students in her class. I only get to take her class when I have off from work but always look forward to going as I know she will give a great class and I will leave rejuvenated, stretched and relaxed. The class is always the right amount of challenge and zen.

    SHAKTIBARRE

Great workout. Not as intense as other reviews said - it was a pretty standard barre class - so don’t be scared off. The instructor offered options to make it easier or more difficult for the various levels. This is a great class to workout all the tiny muscles of the body. The instructor is enthusiastic, studio is clean, and the class flies by. Will def be back.

Came across "PineappleYogi" on CP and I just had to take a class!! The name is too adorable not to :p I love both the studio and the class, it's a very intimate space (just what I like, as it allows for personalized, hands-on adjustments) and the antique wooden interior/vibe really reminds me of this small cozy cabin/yoga center in a mountain I went to :)) Cues/instructions were very clear and easy to follow, flows left my body feeling so good, and the delicate-scent "massage" at the end during Savasana was a really nice touch. Thank you, Sharon! Will be back!!
