    Natalia is an amazing instructor! This was my first class with her and she gave excellent pelvis instructions. I have a deep curve in my back and I appreciate knowing when something is a neutral vs tucked spine. She is fantastic. Great energy and so encouraging. Also her and exercises are tough but doable!
