It was more doable than I had thought! Samira is a great instructor and I think if you’re a beginner this is a great starting point! But can be as challenging as you want for people more advanced.

see all reviewsI’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!
