This was a HIIT style class constantly changing, with constant variation plus 2 trainers always on the floor helping you with adjustments and ques to change stations. Honestly, F45 was at the top of my list of classes to try an interval training exercise that incorporated several rounds of strength and cardio that alternate between working sets and short rest periods. Rounding out with abs. Give F45 a try. I think you'll love the way you feel walking away knowing you put in the work.
