This was my first time doing Pilates. The location is in a building with lots of medical offices so that was a bit weird, but don’t be put off by that. The Pilates studio is beautiful with several large machines that were foreign to me. High quality brand name mats were offered to each person, all items were available for free, minus the footie socks which are quite pricey if you forget to bring some. Overall, excellent guidance and the moves were challenging but not impossible to do.

Interesting techniques. Words wont do justice. You must feel the experience yourself. Everyone is so welcoming. First timers: dont worry, just do what everyone is doing and smile! Don't need to bring a yoga mat. Wear loose clothes instead of tights or shorts. BRING SOCKS. We had group tea after class, how sweet it was to get to know other classmates! Certainty a safe zone for EVERY AGE. Very stimulating for all chakras! Im bringing my family tomorrow!
