Progressive Pilates Online
This was my first time doing Pilates. The location is in a building with lots of medical offices so that was a bit weird, but don’t be put off by that. The Pilates studio is beautiful with several large machines that were foreign to me. High quality brand name mats were offered to each person, all items were available for free, minus the footie socks which are quite pricey if you forget to bring some. Overall, excellent guidance and the moves were challenging but not impossible to do.
