I especially loved how Angela practiced with us & showed us how to get to different modifications throughout the entire class. I was able to try out different modifications & check my form with hers. The practice was synchronized with the music, which made it more enjoyable like we were doing a choreography. Thanks Angela for such a great class! See you again!
