    Vinyasa Yoga: Happy Hour

I liked that Rowena was confident and tenured enough to have a class try headstand.

    Prenatal Yoga

Maiya is a prenatal yoga goddess. She has such a calming and grounding voice. Her instructions are so good and clear that you can keep your eyes closed and follow the whole class. Sat class is very popular. Get there early. Don’t be late. BYOM

Mobility + Strength (Glutes and Core)

This class targets muscles that are often overlooked and therefore weaken over time. I’m pretty strong but this class is an eye opener!

    Postnatal and Baby

Jane is an angel sent from above for us mamas and babies. it’s a great way to transition back into yoga after delivering six weeks postpartum. Majority of the moms have babies that are six weeks to about 4 to 6 months. Many moms stop attending once they have to go back to work. It is a great way to socialize in a very supportive community with other mothers who are in the same stage of life as you. We work on poses that we want to focus on. There is never any pressure for you and your baby to be perfect. Jane also offers hands-on assistance with your baby if they are getting wiggly and you would like to have time to yourself to practice yoga.
