It was my first time there and I was a bit intimidated but you helped me get set up at my bench and helped lock in my shoes (the most nerve wracking part of the class IMO!) and set me up for success!     Mobility and Strength - Glutes and Core

    Better than Barre! I try not to miss any of the Hip mobility classes. The instructor addresses those lazy muscles that coast on the stronger ones with clear and very focused exercises. I feel the benefits in other sports and greater flexibility.
