    HIIT Strike - Advanced

    Nice, clean gym with new equipment. Class.was great, the instructor was helpful with correcting form and pushing people to try harder. I liked how everyone wears a heartbeat monitor and can see how you're progressing on the screen. The screen also shows what to do at each station before each interval, which is great because I often forget. Great workout overall.
