    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Great class! Yemie was inspirational and her descriptions of positions were helpful. At first the music wasn’t loud enough, but she cranked it up during the parts of class where you flow on your own. Great hip hop Sundays theme this week too!

Hot Vinyasa on the 3rd floor

The teacher was amazing today. She made everybody laugh and gave others space to modify moves. I am recovering from injuries so this is super helpful. I wish she taught all the time

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

More challenging than the usual yoga class. I was dripping with sweat half way through from the intense core work as well as the heated room. great feeling of accomplishment to make it through to the end. studio is clean, modern with all the amenities.

    Cardio Kick/Strength Build

A hidden gem of a gorgeous, super clean, and well stocked personal training and small group class studio in the heart of Midtown, i.e. in the lower east 50s, where there aren’t nearly enough boutique gyms in my humble opinion. Iman was so kind, generous, knowledgeable and accommodating... challenging me every step of the way, while catering the workout to my needs and current ability level. You will be hard pressed to find personalized workouts like this anywhere else in Manhattan. I left feeling sore (in a good way), sweaty, confident and accomplished. Great to try for any fitness level, especially if you have some kinks in your form/ fitness regimen that you suspected need addressing but weren’t sure how or who to ask.

    The Yoga Experience

Class is small. Normally 3-5 people. Teacher is very helpful. It is more of a stretch class then yoga though. I really enjoy it. Also the locker room facilities are fantastic. Showers, sauna, steam rooms.

    Drunk Yoga

Cute concept, perky teacher. Totally depends on the other yogis. I had a good group, not much of a workout, but with every sip I was starting to get more tipsy and lost my balance.
