Great energy in the class and amazing teacher who cares and you can tell loves her job! It was a nice paced class where 75% of people could keep up which i think is awesome (vs instructors who go so fast that 30% are keeping up ;). Lots of rap and class went quick!

This was 100X better than the last time I came to Barre3. The last time I went the instructor, Julie, was wayyyy too touchy. I'm ok with adjustment, but this went way too far - to the point where I had to tell her I was uncomfortable and to please stop touching me. I was bummed out because 4:45 is a great time for me. Good news though - Jessica's class was great. Her modifications were appropriate, she was funny, and the class was challenging yet fun. Will for sure come back to this 4:45 class.

Today was a tabata style circuit with a variety of movements. In between moving stations we did tabata leg and then core exercise and kept the cardio up! I enjoyed this class. Ray took the time to introduce himself and was very nice. I was able to set up my bike on my own because I have used this type of bike in a few other cycling classes. They have monitors on the bikes which I greatly appreciated (not every studio does). Ray led a challenging yet accessible class. He was motivating and encouraging without veering into that "rah rah" cheerleader/motivational speaker/life coach style that is so commonplace in indoor cycling classes nowadays. The music was a good mix of alt rock with a couple of pop songs and oldies thrown in. I would definitely come here again.

Interesting set up! Interval training, but all automated through videos and timers on a screen. The class felt like it went by quickly because you knew what was coming and exactly what was left. Loved everything about this class and place! Easy street parking (midday weekday class), aesthetically interesting, rapid-fire instruction with helpful cues on positioning, approachable equipment. This was a fun class! the music could have been louder and a portion of it was heated, which I wasn't expecting. The room has to heat for the heated class immediately after so it started getting really warm about 35 mins in.

Sarah's classes are tough and hill - focused with baller playlists. The 2000s throwback class was awesome. Sarah gives great, clear direction and cues. I always feel accomplished and completely spent after her classes. She is very motivating without being cheesy or cliche. Chur, bru!

Great instructor, very friendly and gave great instruction to the new people. Also really great music. It’s nice to come to a new place and not be made to feel like an outsider.

Love this studio! I'm fairly new to spinning and Whitney was super sweet and took time to show me around and helped me with my bike. Loved the playlist. A fabulous workout! I'll be back for sure.

Love these workouts! Dariusz is so helpful and walks you through everything. Its not intimidating and there are lots of choices of weights. I was insanely sore from another workout and he gave me a modification on one of the moves so I could actually get through the class.

Im giving it five stars bc I genuinely like this gym very much. That being said, I do not like a partner workout. No two people are perfectly matched and it should really be an autonomous workout. Also, because there are no towels provided, and no mandate to bring one (though I do), all the equipment is drenched. Add to that the people working out barefoot, and it can get pretty dicey.
