    Amazing workout. Great mix of cardio and strength with attention to our ability level and covid hygiene protocols. Music was great but loud, similar to other studios that have a treadmill/floor model. Next time I’ll bring ear plugs :)

    Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.
