    Sophia is incredibly amazing! It was my first time at MOOV, and I'm not very accustomed to using the equipment. She guided me before the class began, assisted me during the session, and consistently checked to ensure I was doing everything correctly. I felt welcomed and thoroughly impressed after the class!     The instructor was great! I'll definitely try to schedule another one of her classes. I was really challenged but didn't feel too frustrated or uncomfortable during the class. Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.

    This studio is worthy of its name - it gave me an overwhelming sense of serenity as soon as I walked in. Felt like a sweet little escape from reality. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!
