So so so relaxing. Katie provides such a flawless & warming guidance through this practice to the point where you can’t believe an hour has gone by. The final resting pose was for a suitable period of time & when the gongs started to play through the speakers (about 6 minutes in?) my entire body got goosebumps! I will definitely be back :)
