I'd say if you haven't done pilates or Barre before it would be a little hard to follow since you can't really see the instructor because of the candlelit setting (which I loved!) but if you have then give this class a try! loved the vibe and can't wait for the room to be heated again post covid

    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    First time and can’t wait to go back. Incredible gym! Super fun and sweaty/power class, loved the routine and the cooling towel at the end. As others have said though, they really need to sort their acoustics, I could hardly make out what the instructor was saying - and couldn’t see her from behind all the boxing bags either!

    Great strength training class! Super small class (only 6 of us), very welcoming group, and helpful/friendly instructor that checked in and made sure we understood form and were feeling good. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for those that are seeking a weighted workout.
