    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    Friendly and helpful teacher. Upon arrival, she showed me where to put my belongings, gave a tour of the space, told me what equipment I was going to need. Before the class, I was given a quick demonstration of what to expect. This was my first time doing barre. I enjoyed the class. I would come back!! It was challenging, but fun.
