see all reviewsThe instructor and entire class were very welcoming .I was greeted by everyone in this establishment so genuinely and warmly . I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!

It was great for beginners and intermediate levels. The instructor gave amazing feedback to every single person. I wish all instructors cared as much as she does! Really was an amazing experience and a beautiful studio.
