    Great low impact class! Unless you are very experienced in barre I recommend getting. A spot in the front at the mirror. I was in the back and since there is no mirror back there I had to keep turning around to see what the instructor was doing. It was also hard to hear the instructions over the music so I would have benefited from being up front.

    Love Laura and her family! They are super sweet and have really made an effort to get to know me. She clearly has a lot of experience and is always able to modify poses for my pregnancy, as well as for anyone with injuries. That's not always easy to do in a group setting - and many instructors can't do it at all.

    HIIT workout with an enthusiastic trainer. This is a great class for all levels. The class starts with basic punches to get everyone on the same page, then instructor provided combos, mixed with freestyle combos so you can come up with your boxing combination. If you’re not interested in boxing they have other classes like TRX, strength training, speed and agility classes, and boot camps. There’s something here for everyone at all levels training.

    Great class! This was my first time here and the instructors and staff were super helpful and friendly! There is a form coach in each class just focusing on making sure your form is right which is immensely helpful. The workouts are targeted and focused, yet make sure that you are burning calories. The class is very intentional, in a way that I haven’t seen in other strength/HIIT classes in town. Will be back!

    A steal for only a few credits! Instructor was very friendly and welcoming. We did 4, 8-min blocks with breaks in between each, so only 34 minutes of actual work (besides warm up). It did get really hot (July in Texas and all). They could really benefit from some fans!
