    Samantha is an amazing instructor. I was the only one and got such a great deal on one on one instruction. She is educated on TRX moves and led me through a challenging but doable workout. She was quick to modify certain moves that hurt me and I appreciate that so much. I encourage anyone wanting to learn TRX to take this class because the class size is small and they can really watch your form so you don’t injure yourself. I will be back!

    Very welcoming as a first-timer at this studio. Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!

    The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a wide variety of equipment to choose from— it’s worth taking time to explore!! This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.
