I liked how our first segment on the treadmill was kind of a warm up (started off walking, then jogging, then running, etc). Because some of the other instructors start out with fast runs or sprints which does not make sense. The body needs to warm up first!

The front desk and Lizzie were very welcoming. The studio is large, CLEAN, and beautiful. The class was about 90% full (6:15 AM) so a good energy. Lizzie played good music to wake you up and hype you up during the exercises. I felt like it had good flow - good split of running vs inclines and floor. Studio floor is taped for sufficient spacing (at least 6 feet) between people. Class had several people but not full. Great flow and instructor. I’d definitely go again. Recommend.
