    This was my very first climber-type class. My initial opinion is that these classes are like a weird, alien spin class. The studio is posh and well located. the instructor was energetic and helpful. but the workout itself is a really awkward for me. I'm a long time athlete, and so I'm very cautious of good form. Despite my caution, I felt a LOT of strain in my low back during this exercise. This also felt very quad-dominant, which I'm not a fan of. IDK, may be worth another try.

    I was visiting from NYC and decided to give this studio a try. I have taken Barry’s and orange theory around the country so this is a similar format l. The front desk and Lizzie were very welcoming. The studio is large, CLEAN, and beautiful. The class was about 90% full (6:15 AM) so a good energy. Lizzie played good music to wake you up and hype you up during the exercises. I felt like it had good flow - good split of running vs inclines and floor.     I thought it was a good workout and I thought Jennifer was a good teahcer. You definitely want to be done with the machine after 30 minutes, but still worked up quite a sweat. You can push it as hard as you want and take breaks when you need to and there is no pressure. It's about 7 songs of a workout plus 5 minutes if stretching at the end. The machine keeps track of time so you know where you are at. I think I would come back when I want to mix it up.

    Great instructor! I was worried this class would just be more a a deep stretch but she incorporated a flow that helped stretch and even challenge me at times, yet I still remained relaxed overall. She was especially great about reminding to relax shoulders.

    Very welcoming, warehouse, serious, group CrossFit workout. Barbells and kettle bells are the main equipment. Familiarity with them may not be required but definitely recommended. Instructor was very attentive and helpful.

    Doesn’t feel like much of a work out when you’re doing it, however my arms and shoulders were sore that night and the next morning! And my watch said that I burned more calories during this 45 minutes than doing 50 minutes of barre. ???? silver class is a slower pace, oldies music, older group. Everyone was very very nice.
