I liked how our first segment on the treadmill was kind of a warm up (started off walking, then jogging, then running, etc). Because some of the other instructors start out with fast runs or sprints which does not make sense. The body needs to warm up first!

The front desk and Lizzie were very welcoming. The studio is large, CLEAN, and beautiful. The class was about 90% full (6:15 AM) so a good energy. Lizzie played good music to wake you up and hype you up during the exercises. I felt like it had good flow - good split of running vs inclines and floor. I would definitely return when back in the area! Thank you!

I was in the back and since there is no mirror back there I had to keep turning around to see what the instructor was doing. It was also hard to hear the instructions over the music so I would have benefited from being up front.

The cycling class was distanced and only 5 people were there this time. Latrice was friendly, motivating, and did not make me feel pressured to do everything perfect.
