    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    StrideBarre: Walk + Work

    This class was a great way to mix up my normal pilates routine and is good for anyone who doesn’t like to run on the treadmill. At first it is a little overwhelming because there’s a lot going on but you get used to it quickly. Some of the floor exercises are easier with prior Pilates knowledge but the instructor still explained it very well.

    Great class per usual by Emily. Super sad The TreadBarre and PilatesBarre are leaving Classpass in a a few days. Their class packs typically have short expiration windows and it’s been a fun way to mix up my routine with running on a Woodway and Pilates/ barre movements.

    CrossTREAD II (Shorter Runs)

    First time taking the new crosstread II format. That felt tougher than the regular crosstread format because your heart rate is constantly kept high from the three running portions... but I loved it! It pushed me to go faster on my sprints and I definitely felt the calorie burn!

    Loved it! The day I attended there was no one else that showed up for the class so I had one on one instruction. The Coach Forge did an awesome job breaking down each move and encouraging me to tweak different things till I got the moves down solid. Definitely going back. Most fun I have had working out in awhile.
