    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    Cody's voice and instructions were clear. The class began wth a treadmill segment, then turned to a self paced ladder type workout with a short distance on the treadmill being the first and most frequently occurring in the ladder. Great music, great energy from Cody and enjoyable class! Note: water to refill bottles is no longer provided. Odd given that water is pretty much a necessity.

    Loved it! The day I attended there was no one else that showed up for the class so I had one on one instruction. The Coach Forge did an awesome job breaking down each move and encouraging me to tweak different things till I got the moves down solid. Definitely going back. Most fun I have had working out in awhile.
