The instructor helped explain the machine to me prior to the start of class and helped reposition me as we went through the workout. I think this class would be great for beginners, as well as advanced individuals as you’re able to make modifications as you go. This is a hard class, so do be ready to be very sore, but it’s so worth it!

We held certain poses and stretches a bit longer than other types of yoga & did some balancing poses as well. I felt like I got a moderate work-out and my whole body was stretched out by the end. It was a nice peaceful yet challenging practice that I would do again! Great instruction from the teacher as well.

She is educated on TRX moves and led me through a challenging but doable workout. She was quick to modify certain moves that hurt me and I appreciate that so much. Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. It’s typically not for beginners, but the instructor took her time to check in and offer modifications. I love how it feels like your not working out but then feel the burn for the next few days. Having your core supported takes tension off your spine allowing you to focus on the particular targeted muscles.
