So good she left me wanting to leave a review for the first time! This is probably my 5th class with her specifically. She has a very genuine energy and it makes the class feel like a true yoga class. I know many yoga chains tend to give the vibes that yoga is just another workout but true yoga is meant to be a mental and physical practice, your mind and body working together and Shelbe does a wonderful job and combining the two. We held certain poses and stretches a bit longer than other types of yoga & did some balancing poses as well. I felt like I got a moderate work-out and my whole body was stretched out by the end. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here.
