The nice friendly welcome at the front desk, the scent and sounds are on point and the studio has everything a woman needs to get a workout in and leave rejuvenated and refreshed! As for the workout itself? WOW! every single part of my body was feels great! I flowed through each set with grace under Sarah’s guidance! Which btw… happens to be a great instructor! She demonstrates each move and has an overall sweet personality! I highly recommend this studio!
