    Beginner Flow

Alex is so motivating. And whether you are a beginner yogi or advanced this class is awesome. Things are slowed down but you feel the intensity. It’s nice to focus on the poses instead of rushing through them. You want to be inspired? Go to one of Alex’s classes.

    We Slow Flow

Chelsea is still the best yoga teacher in Dallas. She demonstrates the poses, provides great instruction and alternative poses based on your needs. This class is great for beginners or experienced practitioners. I go every week and feel stretched, strengthened and meditated.

Stretches and poses feel so good even though they are difficult to sustain. The mood is perfect and Maryline’s soothing presence is perfect. Too much talking in the beginning though as it really does not add to the experience

Laura was the instructor this morning and she's all positive vibes and encouragement. Very zen and comfortable studio. I love waking up with Sunrise Gentle Waves. (The class starts off with a quick round of core, which is great!)

    Yin

Ayako has such a great space for meditative yoga. I’m so glad this studio is in Frisco. She and her staff are knowledgable in creating a deep meditation to help relax and destress while helping us deepen into positions individually with attentiveness. The sound healing class was such a treat, and I left feeling like I was on a cloud.

    Evening Mountain

Danielle was awesome! I’m a beginner and didn’t realize Mountain is more of a workshop than traditional flow, but she was super helpful and gave me a lot of individual tips for improvement. The neck massage at the end was fantastic, too!

    Sacred Geometry Vinyasa

Having taken yoga classes from many places around DFW, this is one of my fav so far! A yoga studio with mirrors? Yes yes yes!! Its so helpful to check your forms. The class was also small (6 people), meaning lots of hands on correction and the instructor was actually checking your forms. Everyone was so friendly too! I really enjoyed the flow, its definitely different from regular vinyasa flow. More targeted stretching and strength.

Ending up being a 1-on-1 with Barb which was great because she let me decide what the class would entail. She was hands-on helping me in stretches and poses and was all around pleasant. Will definitely have another class with her.

This is such a cute, clean and welcoming studio! The staff AND clientele are friendly. The first class I participated in was sculpt and flow. Wow! I was working muscles that I didn’t know exist. This class def challenged my fitness. The routine is well rounded-begins with yoga and moves into body sculpting with spurts of cardio and ends with a deep stretch.

Really challenging class. However, I question whether it is beneficial to have the temperature so high for a cardio and weight class. So much energy is spent cooling down the body that could otherwise go to just exercising that it seems inefficient. .

Great full body flow in this sweaty, humid class. An annoying couple were having a loud convo in the back of the studio and appreciated Brandon confronting them to be courteous to the rest of the class. Often yoga instructors are too non-confrontational leaving it up to other students to have to say something in such situations

    60 Min. Tru Hot Barre

Great low impact class! Unless you are very experienced in barre I recommend getting. A spot in the front at the mirror. I was in the back and since there is no mirror back there I had to keep turning around to see what the instructor was doing. It was also hard to hear the instructions over the music so I would have benefited from being up front.
