    Train45

One of the toughest classes I have taken in this great state of Dallas. It was physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically draining. Yes... I listed physically twice, because that’s how ass-kicking it was. I used to think that Dre was the best instructor there, but Maggie is making a strong case. You’ll love yourself hard after.

Wow Hannah was the sweetest instructor ever. It was my first time ever to Session but also first time ever using the reformer. LEVEL 1: Intro

This was my very first climber-type class. My initial opinion is that these classes are like a weird, alien spin class. The studio is posh and well located. the instructor was energetic and helpful. but the workout itself is a really awkward for me. I'm a long time athlete, and so I'm very cautious of good form. Despite my caution, I felt a LOT of strain in my low back during this exercise. This also felt very quad-dominant, which I'm not a fan of. IDK, may be worth another try.

I love this instructor. She is so encouraging, but her workouts are tough. I liked how our first segment on the treadmill was kind of a warm up (started off walking, then jogging, then running, etc). Because some of the other instructors start out with fast runs or sprints which does not make sense. The body needs to warm up first!

Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. Great class; very different from a typical pilates reformer class. Loved the focus on glutes, and it was refreshing not to feel like we were being rushed to cover every single muscle zone. Great class! A little hard to hear instructions at times though. Recommend giving a bit more of a "preview" on the Tread segment so athletes know how long they are going to be doing something in order to push to max effort (for example, "we are going to be running on an incline for 3 min total, increasing incline every 30 seconds"). I was visiting from NYC and decided to give this studio a try. I have taken Barry’s and orange theory around the country so this is a similar format l. The front desk and Lizzie were very welcoming. The studio is large, CLEAN, and beautiful. The class was about 90% full (6:15 AM) so a good energy. Lizzie played good music to wake you up and hype you up during the exercises. I felt like it had good flow - good split of running vs inclines and floor. I would definitely return when back in the area! Thank you!

Great workout and pace. Tom is very caring and keeps a good eye on your exercises and posture. Just the microphone could be a bit louder for me to hear the instructions more clearly :)

    Level l - BETA CLIMB

I thought it was a good workout and I thought Jennifer was a good teahcer. You definitely want to be done with the machine after 30 minutes, but still worked up quite a sweat. You can push it as hard as you want and take breaks when you need to and there is no pressure. It's about 7 songs of a workout plus 5 minutes if stretching at the end. The machine keeps track of time so you know where you are at. I think I would come back when I want to mix it up.

Very appropriate all level flow class; Not too easy and not too hard. Stefanie is lovely and inviting. She is very knowledgeable and allows for lots of modification or advancement based on each student. Studio is nice but would have preferred a little warmer (just personal preference)

Sometimes when you have classpass the instructors/studios arent as welcoming to you. This is not the case at studio6. Benson literally went out of his way to help me through my first class and make me feel welcome!! And they didnt try to sell me outside classes. Great class and place!!

I had been to FlyWheel once before with another instructor in Dallas I didn't enjoy my experience....I decided to give it another try in Plano and I was blown away by Michelle's class. She focuses on every individual and how they're getting better in their ride. She made a really positive impression on me and her workout is just what I needed! 5 stars and a must try!

Julie Wright is one of best yoga teachers in Dallas. You could say she has the "wright stuff." Get it? "Write stuff"? Like the astronauts? Granted... different set of skills, but the concept is the same. In any case, her classes are out of this world. See what I did there? Boom.
