see all reviewsIt was my first time doing Ashtanga & it was a wonderful experience. There were a lot of chatarungas which brought some intensity but it wasn't too fast-paced. We held certain poses and stretches a bit longer than other types of yoga & did some balancing poses as well. I felt like I got a moderate work-out and my whole body was stretched out by the end. It was a nice peaceful yet challenging practice that I would do again! Great instruction from the teacher as well.
