Always love classes with Janet! Her workouts are challenging but her personality is always so pleasant and encouraging! Really knowledgeable and explains the exercises in during the transitions in a quick way to help you understand their purpose. I will definitely keep coming back to take her classes!

Kat is the best! Love that towels are back if you need them, so slippery on the bed if you start on the treads or just sweat easy so thank you!

Instructor is incredible. Wish there were mirrors on the other side of the wall. If everything is going to be done on the back, it’s hard to check your form. Also, it is so bright because the front door and windows don’t have anything keeping the light out so it’s hard to look and see the instructor when they’re giving examples

Was my first time experiencing the Megaformer M3K+ (I’m an M2 girly) and Caroline was a great instructor to guide me through the workout, really enforcing the Lagree method Principles throughout! I’ll be back to Tight. 💪🏾

    Megaformer Pilates

Loved the workout but I’d change a few things- the leg portion was too long which caused me to have bad form, it felt like more than half of the class was this and I was overly fatigued. I wish they would switch up, for example, go from legs to abs then back to legs to get a little bit of relief. Also the machines are older and wobbly compared to other studios around.

Not easy for sure, lots of straps and feet placements to figure out and to get used to it: Julia is very great on hands on correction which I really appreciate it. My classmates are awesome ! Especially the veteran in the class :) super supportive. Hard to get in class pass tho; I watched the opening like a hawk glad I am able to get one class.
