305 Dance Fitness Pop Up
see all reviewsHigh energy class! Like how this was a way to try out 305 without having to make the journey to Fenway. It was a great way to get cardio in and liked the standing ab & arm portion. #ClassPassInsider

see all reviewsI love EBF but they really need to get it together with their technology. I cant remember the last class I went to where there wasnt a problem with the audio or screens. Not Colleens fault she managed through it well. But if a key reason to love EBF is the fact that they are digitally minded, the digital stuff... needs to actually work.

see all reviewsI love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

see all reviewsInstructor is awesome and hilarious. You may be intimidated by her (today she was wearing a shirt that says "How to talk to me while I'm working out: DON'T lol love it), but she's really cool and nice! I love this class. see all reviewsGreat class, challenging work out, awesome play list! Love working out to Tiesto and reggaeton!! My only, very small, complaint is it was hard to hear the instructor. Not sure if the studio has microphones/head sets or maybe turn the music down just tiny bit.

see all reviewsClass was an amazing workout. Molly was very welcoming and encouraging. She pushed me more than I thought I could go. Class is a mix of rowing and conditioning. So glad Sweat Fixx offered the class at 5 credits (this class was small) instead of keeping it all the way at 9 credits for a small class. Thats the reason I went!

see all reviewsSo I am ranking this with the full disclosure that I am a novice at Kundalini. I don’t want to mark the studio or instructor off for that though cause that’s on me. As someone who enjoys yoga and a yin and meditation and self care (but does not practice regularly in any these) this was odd for me. The instructor was reading off her iPad the entire time and did not seem like she knew what was coming next or how to prepare for the class the breathing or the next move. It was super chunky like no flow and honestly a lot of the moves of breathing and jumping around (basically yoga burpees at one point) was a bit jarring. That all being said - again never having practiced kundalini before - the mantras, the chanting and the focus on self healing and restoration was great. I think I need to do some research and come back to it.
