Great workout but not my favorite yoga class. Definitely aimed for those who want a rigorous flow practice, which is awesome sometimes but may not be your goal. Great sweat and great instruction, but definitely not for beginners.

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

    SCULPT Full Body

Best workout! Wondering if it’s possible for the studio to get a portable carbon/VOC air purifier? There’s so much traffic/car exhaust right outside the door that’s horrible to breathe in, especially when exercising (even more so during rush hour/peak traffic)...

While I really liked the profession, the instructor didn’t make any adjustments even though we were often doing exercises differently from one another. Would have appreciated more guidance and oversight to prevent injuries.

I’ve taken a ton of Core40 classes and this one was one of the most challenging, without being impossible to do. Instructor was super engaged and clear and didn’t miss a beat, even when the music was having issues. So glad I went!

    Strength: Recoil

Efficient workout in just 35 minutes. All of the Basecamp 60/10 classes seem more cardio-focused than strength-focused to me (even though this one is labeled strength) because there is so much switching. It is really only the 90/15 classes where I feel I actually have the opportunity to work on strength. This is not necessarily bad, but just be prepared for cardio even in the 60/10 classes labeled strength

I hadn't taken Chadd's class in years, as I used to come when Body Temp was Global Yoga. I loved his classes then but now - wow! He's a kind, engaging, and relaxing teacher. Loved the emphasis on sticking with what feels good for each individual student's body, with welcome modifications. Class flew by.

Madeline was a great instructor who gave excellent pointers and adjustment feedback. She’s so sweet and encouraging that you’ll want to push through the shakes just to make her proud. Only areas of improvement for her classes would be enhanced count keeping / letting you know where you are in a set, and upping the music a bit to distract from the workout. Other than that, loved her!

Sam was probably one of my all-time favorite barre instructors. I hadnt done about 75% of the exercises in previous barre class here and at another studio, so it was a great change up. She was very encouraging and also helped provide on-hand adjustments when needed. Highly recommend her classes! Just know youll be going go that burn point and you will most likely work up a sweat.

This was a wonderful class!!! The first thing I did after leaving was book my next one with Wipawee. The class had a nice flow and incorporated good stretching and balance exercises. It worked all of the sore spots I didn’t realize I had. Wipawee is a very caring and attentive instructor. Her presence created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and she was quick to adjust moms’ form for added comfort or bring extra props when they seemed needed. Thanks :-)

I love, love, LOVE Cheyanne. Always gives the best burn. BUT Im often disappointed in the machine hybrid classes here, because 99% of the time they only use the reformer and/or tower. Only once have I been in a class that utilized the chairs or other equipment. Maybe its just a coincidence in the classes Ive attended, but I would really like to see more chair in particular added to the repertoire.

Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.
