Elizabeth was awesome! This was only my second reformer class and she was able to educate and push me without any discomfort. This class is great for beginners and I can’t wait to go back and learn more

    Reformer Mix

Marcellus was amazing! I showed up for the 10a Sunday class. He let me know a few people had dropped off the list so it may be a smaller class. Well it ended up being just me. I was very grateful they didnt just cancel the class. He continued to teach class as you would with a full class. Offering alternatives, breaks, and adjustments. The music was def a vibe. He made me feel comfortable and we talked and laughed throughout class. Will def be taking another one of his classes!

Andrea was an amazing instructor! She was so fun and led a great class. She helped a lot with form so we got the most out of class. Will DEFINITELY be back in one of her classes! 💕

I like the gym, the music was just super loud… If you’re using AirPods and they’re on full blast, you’re still gonna be able to hear their music. Honestly I still like the gym.
