    THANK YOU 1Rebel for reopening with such commitment to cleanliness, covid awareness and adaptations to your model. I felt comfortable knowing I had my own machine and space, that plastic contributed to separating other athletes from me and that everything was wiped between classes. I have really missed your classes. It’s been a tough adjustment for everyone, and eliminating exercise classes was a big one for me. It takes a toll on your physical but also mental health! Normally during the sprints I grit my teeth and try to get through it- but on Saturday I was literally grinning ear to ear because it felt SO good to be back. Thank you thank you thank you

    I booked this last minute and was the only one in the class! I think because it was a Friday pre-work in covent garden and offices are still getting back to 'normal'. The front of house staff and Chelsea still offered to do a one on one class for me and it was brilliant. I thought it would be really intense but she was great and I thought it was such great customer service from them. I've read a lot of rhe reviews about the bikes changing since it's now Digme but they're great, just like the other digme ones or KXU ones if you've been. I think the gears actually really help. also the showers were fully stocked with shampoo etc. just be advised to take your own towels (incl sweat towel) and hair dryer (annoying I know).

    Really loved the format of the class this week - no set challenges / competitions just a collective aim all together in the different stages. Really liked it and very motivating . Instructor was great. No lockers in use atm or hair dryers but you can use the showers and shower gel. Just need your own towel and can leave your bag next to the bike. That’s annoying as every other gym let’s you use lockers

    The friendliest staff I have ever encountered (from the 20+ studios Ive been to - they remember your names!) The class started with a communal stretch then we were divided into 2 groups (one to start with conditioning, the other with strength). Each group had 5 station of 40s ea assigned (conditioning: eg. Rowing, bench jumps, etc; strength: dead lights, bench presses etc). The workout involved 2 laps along each group circuit and finished off with a final circuit along all 10 stations. We were 6-7 and had 3 instructors, who were VERY meticulous with guiding and correcting form. Felt very much like a PT session (got guidance and support at every station from at least 2 instructors). I would rate 10/10 for the lovely staff and 8/10 for the intensity of the workout (can feel the muscle sores post class; but thought it could have been faster paced with less breaks). Would very much recommend it to beginners and intermediates

    Great session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break
