    Lovely receptionist, gym smaller than I expected but has everything you need. Very clean and nice equipment (though would be nice if has more assisted weight machines). Changing rooms and same gender sauna room is nice touch.

    Superb class, highly highly recommended if you love to dance. I was pleasantly surprised, it is absolutely a workout on-par with all the various HIIT classes in London ... if you push yourself. Great energy from instructor and easy to follow and fun moves!!
