    At first I thought the 3 minute rounds were going to be easy but was I wrong! I pushed myself so much and got a really great workout out of it! Thanks for also correcting our form not enough instructors do this! Great class and will be back to his classes.

    THANK YOU 1Rebel for reopening with such commitment to cleanliness, covid awareness and adaptations to your model. I felt comfortable knowing I had my own machine and space, that plastic contributed to separating other athletes from me and that everything was wiped between classes. I have really missed your classes. It’s been a tough adjustment for everyone, and eliminating exercise classes was a big one for me. It takes a toll on your physical but also mental health! Normally during the sprints I grit my teeth and try to get through it- but on Saturday I was literally grinning ear to ear because it felt SO good to be back. Thank you thank you thank you

    I booked this last minute and was the only one in the class! I think because it was a Friday pre-work in covent garden and offices are still getting back to 'normal'. The front of house staff and Chelsea still offered to do a one on one class for me and it was brilliant. I thought it would be really intense but she was great and I thought it was such great customer service from them. I've read a lot of rhe reviews about the bikes changing since it's now Digme but they're great, just like the other digme ones or KXU ones if you've been. I think the gears actually really help. also the showers were fully stocked with shampoo etc. just be advised to take your own towels (incl sweat towel) and hair dryer (annoying I know).

    Really loved the format of the class this week - no set challenges / competitions just a collective aim all together in the different stages. Really liked it and very motivating . Instructor was great. No lockers in use atm or hair dryers but you can use the showers and shower gel. Just need your own towel and can leave your bag next to the bike. That’s annoying as every other gym let’s you use lockers

    Great playlist and instructor but it's a bit cramped in the changing rooms in the mornings - everyone is on top of each other. It'd be helpful if there was some better lighting around all the mirrors, not just the ones with the hairdryers as it's too dark to put on makeup

    Katarina was a great instructor - she was motivating and gently corrected form. It was a small class with a lot of personalized attention. Today the format was a tabata style, several sets of 3 rounds of 2-3 exercises performed for 30 secs each w/ 5 secs rest/transition.
