I felt welcomed into the beautiful space and immediately started unwinding. My only wish would be for a longer class - 30 mins goes so quickly! Thank you Tawny :)

It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.
