    I love club AJ! ;) I really appreciate how this class is never the same. I’ve been going to this class every week for almost two years and it’s always new and challenging. We do new exercises every week which keeps things interesting and I’m always working different muscles than I was the week before. Great class format and AJ is super fun and motivating which keeps me coming back.

    A challenging class! Good for cardio and strength and I always leave feeling strong and accomplished. Jaime is really friendly although nobody at this studio ever offers many adjustments to form. Something to consider!

    Dawit was great. I did find the exercises to be very similar to the blast class I attended two weeks ago. It would be great to incorporate a little more variety class-to-class. That being said, I always love coming to Bodymass classes.

    Full Body - Ye vs. JAY [theme sweat]

    Maggie was a fantastic instructor, there were some first-timers and she did a really nice job explaining to them and pushing us all to the max. I signed up specifically for the Ye vs. Jay theme and it was awesome. Definitely going to sign up for her class again!!
