    IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Great class. A good mix between cardio and challenging, more subtle movements involving weights. Carolyn is a great instructor, though the one piece of feedback I have is that I do wish she came around to check form more often because there were some points I definitely didnt feel like I was doing the move correctly.
