    I would give it more stars if I could. I would take any class Johnna teaches. She offers great modifications so every workout is as difficult or as entry level as you need.

    Very basic stretching routine. The vibrating foam rollers were cool, but other than that no new or novel stretches. The teacher didn’t cater the class to the issues the people in the class expressed. Teacher seemed a bit scattered and had an odd manner, telling me at one point I was “cheating”... Since this is a stretching only studio I was hoping to learn something new, especially for the issues I’ve been having but I’ve had better luck at other studios. Won’t go back unless it’s for a one-on-one session.

    Only one other student was in the class so I got some great one-on-one time with the instructor. Felt much better about my boxing skills by the end and wasn’t intimidated by the class at all. Wonderful instructor, great facility!
