The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

see all reviewsJenn gave a PHENOMENAL class. She is hands-on and is always making sure everyone has correct form!! She definitely gave a killer workout that left me with the Pilates leg shakes. This is not your traditional Pilates class, it is Pilates inspired!!! Meaning, it’s a high intensity workout with a Pilates foundation. I personally still like to take a slow and controlled pace because that’s how I get a good workout in for my body, so feel free to go at your own pace !!!
