    Prenatal Yoga

    Love this prenatal class. The teacher uses lots of props that help women at all stages in their pregnancies get into the poses. We did lots of moves to strengthen legs and to open up our hips. I highly recommend this class to expecting moms to help your body stay mobile and to have less physical discomfort during your pregnancy.

    I havent been to PB in months because the moves were getting crazy complicated. Theyre still hard, but it was so much better being in Jessicas class! She really paid attention to form, demonstrated everything, and helped each of us! Thanks for a great class!

    Yazzy is awesome!! The class was very doable but you definitely feel the burn. As some other reviewers mentioned, the class was full but there was plenty of room to do the moves. Adding this studio to my rotation!!!

    Megan is by far my favorite Bar Method instructor Ive had. She is patient, kind, and really believed in me while also correcting me when necessary (which was a lot.
