I don’t think I’ve ever received such clear and well-described instructions and visual demonstrations for every move. This was my first visit to Fierce Grace and I was really impressed. The class was interesting, with lots of new simple moves that I’ve never tried before. And the studio space is really spectacular. With all glass walls on two sides facing the Hudson River, 30 foot ceiling, and a very calm and serene feeling. Love this studio. Highly recommend.
