I was given a tour, Hollis explained everything down to the other classes they offer. The class was intense! I loved it. The age range in the room was phenomenal. Totally inspiring! If you want to do a work out that is low intensity HIGH IMPACT this is it. I worked out my entire body. My midsection was trembling! I was still able to work at my own pace which was neat. Thanks Hollis! Ok last thing is the grip socks are not cheap. Class pass notes them as $3.00 but that wasn’t the case, more like $17-22.00. That was kinda a bummer lol other than that you can bring your own.

It was fast paced, but not overwhelming. The vibe was perfect for 7am, with enough energy to keep me going but not too much where it was brutal for the brain. The instructor Lauren was EXTREMELY educated, beautiful and most importantly, so kind! I had the most welcoming first impression with her and I will definitely be returning as much as possible!
