    CLIMB: RHYTHM

    The facilities were amazing! There were a lot of nice touches like free coffee and chargers in the lockers. I was familiar with Shafer from when he used to do spin classes and he was as wonderful as ever! He was great at explaining how to use the versa climber and super motivating throughout the class. Looking forward to returning!

    Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!
