Wow! Christa is great and I am very impressed with Barrys! The red room is huge, the entire place spacious and the locker room the most luxurious of the local HIIT or boutique studios Ive been to. Workout was really great and the treads tip of the line. Awesome workout, awesome studio.

Great energy and spirit. She gave a better class than any current instructor in terms of energy and pushing you to be your very best. She also utilized the class helpers 300x more than the usual instructors do which was helpful.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

I loved the instructor and the playlist. This class is probably one of the most difficult classes Ive ever taken, but I loved it. Definitely the most bang for your buck. It includes ab/core work, glute work, obliques and lots of arms. I would recommend starting slow with less weight until after the cardio set. Room is also heated so be sure to bring towel and water. Great class!!

Really nice class with a lot of fun poses. Plus the space is really beautiful. There's something about the physical design and feel of a space that really makes the difference between a great practice and a spectacular practice.

    Hot Detox Flow

Great class! I feel so good afterwards. Some hot yoga classes are way too intense and this one was just the right mix of challenging poses with relaxation and room to breathe into the poses and modify as needed. Drink lots of water before during and after this class!

Cory is great. Lots of adjustments, which I appreciate. This is not a Vinyasa class, though. We did almost the entire Ashtanga series! I really liked it, though it was a little too fast moving. Not a ton of deep stretching. Studio was very warm.

    CLIMB: RHYTHM

The facilities were amazing! There were a lot of nice touches like free coffee and chargers in the lockers. I was familiar with Shafer from when he used to do spin classes and he was as wonderful as ever! He was great at explaining how to use the versa climber and super motivating throughout the class. Looking forward to returning!

    sound bath (+bowls)

I thoroughly enjoyed this class and the place! First, the space is absolutely gorgeous. When you come in, the room is bathed in cool, changing lights and cool music was playing. The class is small and we laid down on beanbag beds for the 35 minute session. They provide blankets, pillows and eye covers so you can fully relax. I'm already a huge fan of singing bowls so I enjoyed every minute of it and will be back.

Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    Breakdown & High Cardio

This was a fun class! As someone with a background in dance it was nice to get back into learning choreography. I could keep up for the most part, though I think it'd be fun to continue going to these classes to learn choreography from all of the songs. So I'm not sure if this is the best choice for a one-time or occasional class. You definitely benefit by being one of the regulars

I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!
