see all reviewsSuch a good workout. My arms and muscles by my shoulder blades were sore the next day but not too bad since we took time to stretch at the end. I was lost at first with the boxing portion since I didn’t know what each term meant (front jab, back upper etc) and they’re not explained by the instructor. But I eventually got the hang of it and the instructor came to check on me to make sure I got the rhythm. It’s really loud in there though. Will definitely go back and try to get better.

see all reviewsInstructor was well organized and intentional. Workout had a good structure and combination of punchbag work with conditioning. Facilities were super clean with lots of space, nice locker rooms (with showers) and ability to borrow gloves, towels, and fill up water.
